Laurent Peusch

Head of Employer Service, ADEM

After graduating from technical school for health profession in 2004, Laurent Peusch worked for a short time in the hospital sector.


In 2005, Laurent Peusch joined the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Directorate of Immigration at the Department of third country workers.
In 2007, Laurent Peusch joined the foreign employment department at the Luxemburgish Public Employment Services (ADEM), where he was promoted Head of department in 2012.
In 2015, the foreign employment department has been integrated in the employer department, which Laurent Peusch became the deputy head of while still responsible for all matters related to the third-country nationals and the asylum seekers. He then became Head of Employer Services in 2021.
Next to Luxembourgish, his native tongue, Laurent Peusch has an excellent command of French, English and German.

He will give an overview of Talent Shortage & Talent attraction in Luxembourg during an introduction keynote and will participate in the roundtable "HR strategies to solve talent shortage".
