Eros is a former Accenture organization and change management consultant based out from Madrid and London with clients such as Santander, BP, BT, and Vodafone amongst others in Spain, Germany, South Korea, Brazil, and the UK. He then became responsible for leader, talent, and learning and development for Canon Europe, Philip Morris International, the European Stability Mechanism. In his current role in Luxembourg, he heads learning and leadership development, talent management, and DE&I for Generali Employee Benefits, a business unit of the Generali group.

Eros is an executive coach having obtained his MSc and accreditation in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School. He is a passionate believer in the leader’s capability to inspire and drive an organization. As such, he supports leaders and employees alike so they can take ownership of their development. Regarding mental health and wellness, he believes a people manager has a duty of care. People managers aren’t therapists but their ability to understand and speak a language of empathy can result in therapeutic quality conversations conducive to employee self-care and self discovery.

He will participate in the panel discussion discussing "Mental Health and Wellness as priorities for HR” from 02:25pm to 02:55pm next February 1st.
