Head of Human Resources and Organisation, European Stability Mechanism, ESM
Ms Salducci has gained HR experience in various industries, including by ‘walking the floors’ in steel plants and building sites, and managed people with diverse backgrounds both directly and virtually. After some years in the private sector, she had the unique opportunity in 2013 to participate in the creation of a new international financial institution, the European Stability Mechanism, which is the euro area’s permanent crisis resolution fund. In September 2020, she was appointed Head of HR and Organisation, and has focused on further developing a robust people strategy and Human Resources framework, which reflects the ESM culture as a lean and flexible public institution.
She graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Science Po) in Aix-en-Provence with a major in Economics and Finance and holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from the ESSEC business school and ISFOGEP. In 2017, she was nominated for the OECD Emerging Leader Programme organised with Wharton.
