Tom OSWALD was born in 1983. He studied social working and did a Master in Criminology. Tom used to work as social worker in Mondercange before he got charged of the management of the social housing, youth and senior politics in the municipality of Mondercange. In the years 2017-2018 he worked for the ministry of Justice at the youth protection service of the SCAS, before entering the Ministry of Labor Employment and Social and Solidarity Economies as general coordinator in January 2019.
