Karin Scholtes is Global Head of People, Culture and Communication of BIL Group (2000 employees in 4 different countries). As a member of the Management Board, she sets up the HR and Corporate communication strategy of the Bank. Karin is currently co-chairman of House of Training, chairman of “Commission Consultative du secteur financier” as well as member of the ABBL industrial relations and social affairs committee and Joint Committee. Before (re)joining BIL in 2014, Karin had worked for 14 years for Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A. mainly as HR Business Partner, Deputy Head of HR and eventually Head of HR. Prior to Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A., Karin had started her career as young graduate at Dexia BIL. Karin holds Master degrees in HR Management from ULB (Belgium) and from University of Westminster (UK).
