Eric is based in Luxembourg and is the Head of HR Europe at Fidelity International. Before joining his current role in January 2018, Eric Spent 3 years as Head of HR for Fidelity International’s India operations spanning circa 3000 people across 3 locations. Prior to this Eric had a long career outside of HR at Fidelity in a wide variety of roles which included working in Operations, Sales, strategy and also Country Head roles, covering the UK, India, North Africa and the Netherlands. Eric's journey with Fidelity started in 1998 when he initially joined on a European graduate recruitment programme. He joined the Customer Services teams in the UK and developed a deep understanding of Fidelity's products and services as well as Fidelity’s customers and their needs. Eric holds a BA (hons) degree from the University of Kent, UK.
