Originally trained as an anthropologist, Emmanuelle Joseph-Dailly taught in the United States and worked in the Middle East before joining the consulting world in 2008. Director of the Lab Research and Prospective of the Julhiet Sterwen Group, she is also a coach, a consultant and lecturer. She co-wrote "Les Talents Cachés de Votre Cerveau au Travail" in 2019 (the Hidden Talents of your brain at work) and "Développez l’engagement de vos collaborateurs » (Developp the commitment of your collaborators) in 2018 (Eyrolles). She regularly publishes chronicles in the press.
