After a 2020 edition organised in a digital format, a new edition of Human Capital Europe (HCE) will take place next February 1st, in a physical format*, at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL). Focusing on HR trends and leadership topics, Human Capital Europe will give the participants a unique opportunity to connect with local and international key players and rethink the workplace.

The conference will start with a morning dedicated to the topic “From ordinary people to extraordinary leaders”. Participants will have the chance to immerse themselves in the world of leadership and learn the secrets of resilience and perseverance. Renowned CEO’s and top-notch leaders will address self-motivation, the must-have skills for modern leaders, share success stories and how failure can be a springboard for success.

The afternoon programme will be devoted to the topic “The HR Year”. Pandemic has thrust CHROs in the spotlight and executives had to rely on them to face the crisis. If the survival mode was active over the past few months, HR leaders are making their way out of this crisis by reframing the future of HR and capitalising on the lessons learnt while complying with new employees' expectations. It's definitely the HR Year, a year when they had to show responsiveness, agility, scalability and to be solutions-driven to comply with the organisational goals. Human resources directors will take the stage and discuss, among other topics, the greatest challenges to come.

In addition to a 1-day high-level conference, Human Capital Europe will host an exhibition area where participants will be able to discover the local and international innovations of the sector. A networking cocktail will also be organised and will close the day of conference allowing the participants to re-connect with their peers.

The traditional HR One Gala Dinner will be closing this 1-day HR dedicated event and will host the Luxembourg HR Awards ceremony.

These awards recognize the best local HR initiatives and best practices, while participating in the emulation of a constantly changing sector. This year, 10 prizes will reward professionals from Luxembourg.
